Ordering & payment
How ordering works.
Submitting the cart creates an order request for review. It is not an instant checkout, and nothing is charged at that moment.
The steps
You submit an order request
Choose your items, enter your contact details and the delivery address, and submit. Prices and product identifiers are re-checked on our server against the catalog, so the recorded order is the authoritative one.
You receive a request confirmation and a tracking link
The confirmation screen shows your order number and a private tracking link. Save the link: it is the way to check the order's status and it is not shown again.
We review the request
We check that each item is available in the size requested and that the delivery address is deliverable. If something has changed, we contact you before anything else happens.
We send payment instructions
Once the request is confirmed, we send the amount due and the instructions for paying it. The accepted payment methods are stated in those instructions.
We record your payment
When payment arrives, a person verifies it against your reference and records it on the order. Your order status updates to show payment received.
We pack and dispatch
The order is picked against a packing list, a shipping label is created, and the parcel is handed to the carrier. The status only changes to dispatched once that hand-off has actually happened.
This site does not collect card numbers and does not process payments in the browser. Any page that asked you for card details in the name of Core Wellness Group did not come from us.
Pricing
The price shown on a listing is the price for one vial at the size shown, in US dollars. The cart shows the items subtotal. Shipping is not estimated in the cart, because postage is quoted from the real destination and the real parcel once the request is reviewed — an invented figure at the cart stage would only be wrong.
Your total therefore has two parts: the items subtotal you can see now, and the postage quoted in your payment instructions.
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are confirmed in the payment instructions we send with your reviewed order. We do not list methods here that we cannot currently accept, and we do not advertise discounts, promotional rates, or payment terms that are not in force.
Taxes and duties
Where taxes, import duties, or customs charges apply, they are determined by the destination and are the recipient's responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing on your order. We do not absorb or estimate them on the storefront.
Changing or cancelling a request
Before payment is recorded, a request can be changed or cancelled: contact us with your order number. After a label has been created the parcel is usually already in the carrier's hands, so changes may not be possible — but tell us anyway, because we would rather know early.
What we record
Your order stores the exact product, quantity, size and price it was placed at, as an immutable snapshot. If a catalog price changes later, or a variant is retired, your existing order is unaffected: it keeps the record of what you actually ordered. Order records and addresses are held in our own database and are not published anywhere.
Wholesale and larger quantities
For quantities beyond the normal cart, use the wholesale inquiry form. It starts a conversation and a review — it does not create an account or approve pricing.
Research use only
By submitting an order request you confirm that the materials are for laboratory research use, and that you are not ordering them as medicines, supplements, or for human or veterinary consumption. See the research use disclaimer.
